Is this 5 rounds of pull-ups, then 5 rounds of box jumps kind of like the tabatas? or alternating?

I'm confused on the rounds for this one. Is it a one minute round? Or is the round like 3 minutes or so?

I'll doing this one at home tonight. The wife is taking one of the kids to a shwo somewhere in ETH. Of course I forgot about it, typical man.

Well that was a good one I must say. So I finished up with 133 Box Jumps and 47 Pull Ups. I wonder how that compares to what was done at OTG tonight. Either way my traps are sore after this one, weird?

That's a pretty good number of box jumps Jim - averaging roughly 27 a round is a job well done.
