Well, woke up this morning with only 307 situps to do...so I figured situp central would be the way to go, the workout looked easy enough, boy was I way off. The last 100 situps and the burpees killed me. I blame Mark :)
it's about 0930 hours now, only 32.5 hours until my life returns to normal (1800 hr workout)

Yeah I actually liked the hell's half acre workouts 2 and 3. Wouldnt be able to do the first one, but the 2nd two would atleast be able to be done. Canada's were interesting
