No rest for me today. Went to cf Alexandria did 21 15 9 of push press (115/75) row (calories) ring dips. I rx'd it and didn't use a band for the rings. It took longer because of the dips but did it in 16:08. It was a good one!

So I trained as well today. I did the WOD from the main CrossFit site. Thought I did the WOD as rx'd until I was finished shower and already sitting at the computer. Apparently I should have did 4 rounds compared to the 1 round that I did. Oops?!

Anyway I finished up in 9:54 for 1 round. Not bad considering I messed it up. I did do 30 pull ups with 30lbs, felt good about that.

May come down Tues & Wd this week. We'll see what the wife allows:(
