This was a lot tougher then I thought it was going to be. I figured I could finish it up in about 20 minutes. No, no we won't have that. I finished in 28:25. Definitely harder then I thought. But I tell you what I ran the 800 better then I thought I would considering I haven't really done any running in quit some time.
Now today I did the WOD from the games on Sunday.

Power Clean (155/105) Chest to Bar Pull-ups Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
I was only able to use 115 lbs for the power clean and I have no C2B on the pull ups. This one was total crazy. I finished with 26:40. Way slow compared to the guys in the top place at the games.
So to close Way to go OTG guys. great job. I've only been around with you all for a little while but I'm damn proud of ya. You guys make me want to push myself even hard to get there more. Looking forward to Wednesday. See you then.
Way to stay with it Jim. I took the last three days off. It has been a long time since I took 3 off, spent lots of time with the kids, so I still did my share of running around.
Welcome back OTG competitors! I wish I was there, I am sure it was a great experience for you guys. Competing at the qualifiers builds the rest of us up, and definitely makes us more proud to be at OTG. I am starting my training for next year's qualifiers, today.
Me too Paul, it's time to step it up. We have to learn to breath later and push ourselves beyond our own comfort level. It won't be easy but after what I saw lat weekend, it can be done, Get some!

Wow, what a weekend! I'm so proud of Nick, Brett, Justin, and Joe for the effort they put out in each and every WOD! We really came together as a team and pushed each and everyone of us to hit it hard! And hard it was! But to compete in that atmosphere, I can't describe what it was like.
A big thanks to Stacey, my kids, E, and Tiffany for making the trip and cheering the OTG crew on! It was awesome to have each and everyone of you in our corner!
Awesome work this weekend guys! Thanks everybody for your support. Eric & Tiffany, huge thanks for coming and cheering us on. Having you guys there supporting us and hanging out made the weekend that much better. I recall my judge for the 3rd WOD saying that I had quite a group cheering me on. Thanks to Nick, Mark, Justin, Joe, Stacey, Eric, and Tiffany for pushing me through. I can't wait to see the crew we'll have attending next year.
This weekend was spectacular. CrossFit is what it is - gruellingly fantastic. The team work and camrarderie that we displayed was truly inspiring. Thank you again to everyone that competed and supported - you were all great! We went up as a team and came back as a family. Looking forward to 'movie night!'
