You're a box jump phenom! Looks like we have to 'raise' the bar.
ha i wouldn't call it anything close to phenom! but i would put them at the top of the list of exercises i can get through.
185 lb Deadlift10:45The tough part here was the pullups. My grip was already taxed from the deads, my crappy kipping pullups suffered big time.This one isn't over there at beyond the whiteboard. I'll check back over there later to see if it gets posted.
