Doing 210 - 75lb squats will tend to tighten up the quads a bit..

This one came in late, so I did "the lion". I didnt even check time until 21 rounds.

Not sure on my form, but my feet were slapping at all the right times, and I thought I looked pretty handsome in the mirror.

I did the uppers today. I didn't know what todays WOD was so I went with the alternative. I have to say pull ups need work as do the push press. I had a whhopping 24:10 time. I would say pretty slow. I'm still a work in progress. Although I must say I feel pretty good this week. Starting to see some progress. I'm hoping to make tomorrow's session.
