50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Our send off WOD for Saturday!  Hope you all enjoy a nice somber week off with out us.  Don't get too comfy though,  we'll be coming back just as refreshed as you!  Look out for the OHSQ WOD!

thanks nick. felt alot better too. It's a pretty bad workout anytime im Looking Forward to the double under portion. and yes kev, it sucked, top 5 worst i've done easy.
