I went home last night to get soem ABmat work and it was too much for the "berry", this isn't going to be as easy as I thought...like anything is around here. Even though I got my butt kicked last night, it was a great workout. Can't wait until later today, no matter what it brings.

I was thinking this morning how the situps are starting to get annoying. "Greasing the groove" for pushups and abmat situps might be a bit much for me, but I'm not quitting now.

Bash any inmate's heads in today? Just be sure to tape your wrists before hand! Nice work yesterday Eric!

"bash"? no we restrain inmates, they resist and we restrain. BuI'm sure the tape would help either way...haha

Yes...restrain..thats what I meant to say.

I have a severe case of DOMS in my back, rear delts and hams. I'm sure I've felt soreness like this in my hams before, but I can't remember when.

Burpee's were a major gut check, they slowed me down big time, but at the end of the day, no visit from Pukie ;-) 24:11

The thing that slowed me was muscle stamina.

I am out of the abmat challenge officially, my arse berry was killing me. This workout didn't help.

I am going to start a pushup challenge now. Pushups seem to be a limiting factor for me. I am also going to keep hitting the abmat once my butt feels better.
