It got frustrating since everything involved shoulders and double unders are frustrating when you're tired. Trying to piece together 50 of them in rounds 2-4 became an exercise in not quitting...

I agree with Brett, I found myself trying not to quit during the last two rounds of double unders. When your shoulders are shot then it makes it all the more fun...not.
