Oh this does not look good after the deadlifts/burpees from yesterday...can't wait.
Misery is the only word for this workout....
Read the OPT website and saw they did this workout this am and then are supposed to do 3 800m sprints after 6 hrs of rest!!! Does that mean I should run tonight!!!???
most hated workout i've done so far. by far. had me dead after 4-5 rounds. but gotta love it ha

Well done to everyone who completed this workout! For me, this ranks top 3 in difficulty.
Top 3 Yikes! I'm disappointed I didn't do it...will have to do at some point.
I just ordered Dr. Romanov's POSE Book & DVD. Can't wait.
Hopefully it shows him running on ice. It was fun to watch and opened my eyes as to what Brian was talking about when he explained the difference between 'pulling' as opposed to 'pushing.'
