Wodify
We are test-running a virtual whiteboard program to track your performances called 'Wodify' (workout times, lifts, etc.). This is a program that will allow you to keep track of all of your workout information (results, comments, nutrition, etc) each day online along with becoming a bigger part of the Off The Grid/OTG Community. The integration of Williamstown's program will be up shortly.
This program will allow you to see everyone's results throughout day for the current workout as they happen, as well as, give you the ability to easily search previous workouts, lifts, etc. to track your PR's.

Now that you are in EHT, they are getting all the new stuff first? Guess what, I don't care because I don't track my times or my PR's anyway!
Also, have you read my blog about the girl wods? I'm not sure if you know this, but writing is my way of expressing myself and getting my frustrations out. Does anyone else do that? Well, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't like the girls. Nothing against the people who do, just not my cup of tea. (I'm drinking a cup right now btw. Not Liptons. It's like a Walmart brand. I can't think of the name)
Leah - Thank you for posting and voicing your opinion and views on here. It's much needed since the crash of 2012 with this new website.
Wodify - The Wodify Whiteboard program will be run in EHT for 1 month as a 'tester' to see if we want to use the program at both boxes. Since I will help oversee and be able to make adjustments if there are any problems or questions about the program, it only makes sense to do it where I'll be most often.
As for keeping track of everything, it goes without saying you are not only disjointing yourself from the Community that surrounds you, but also your ability to maximize your fitness experience (i.e. what's my max deadlift? what did I get last time? Did I do better? Am i getting fitter? What do I need to work/focus on?, I hope you get the picture I'm painting here) and future fitness goals. My advice - start tracking now!
I would hope you find the reason we keep track of lifts, workouts, etc is not for boasting and pride, but to use as a benchmark/foundation for your own personal growth and fitness experience.
23 rounds.
Yeah blog chatter!
This is funny because I was at a concert last night and met a couple who sold crossfit software like this. Pretty random.
20+5+7.
Sounds good sometimes forget to write in my journal.
15+5
16+5+10 - needed 30 seconds more to get through my full 17th round. On a PR note....I started CF in early December and in my 30 yrs on earth, hadn't done a single, unassisted pull-up.
Last night's "Cindy" WOD was my first not using a band or doing ring rows to get through the WOD, and I banged out 85 in 20 minutes.
Effin' A Right! That's what keeps me coming back each week.
