WOD (FB): 13 rds @ 245 lbs & 1 abmat. Jump rope broke with 3+ mins remaining.
WOD, FB: 165 and 1 abmat 14rds +4 +4...finally kicked the 10lb plate for the hspu...that was a breakthrough for me, now if I didn't take forever to get on the wall I would have had more rounds! DL unbroken..they didn't feel that hard, should have went heavier.
Cashout: sled runs with Brandon, had to make up burpees so I did them in between too..my legs are burnt! Thanks for hopping on the sled Sherri!! Can't wait to see the footage..lol:)
Nice WOD! FB, 205lbs, HSPU on 24" box, 2 red plates, managed a few sets of 10 Unbrkn DU's, now to get rid of that pesky single in between, 10 rds + 4 + 4 + 15, Great job 930!!
RX: 13 rounds, used 145lbs and 3 ab mats for the HSPU. I am getting a little better at getting into the handstand but still working on the strength to get more ROM. DUs were on today and I noticed a difference this past week or so with all the practice with them.
Thanks to those who let me test my camera out on them. I loaded the clips to Nick's computer so he could use them for OTG videos. I might post one to Youtube as a trial.

Rnds 1-4 & 6 unbroken on all movements. Last 3 rnds, I had a bit of space between me & the floor on some of the HSPUs. Maybe a 1/2abmat? But, overall, really happy with that today!

Was going to attempt to do HSPU on a box ... tried but didn't like how it felt on the elbow so I went with PU. As for the DUs I was able to get some strings of 7 in there which included a "pesky" single in between. They still WIND me which made me take to much rest before moving on to the next round of DLs!
Burpees felt awful after that WOD!

Did 155 and a blue/single for hspu's for 13 rounds + 4 + 1
all dl unbroken, and du's would've been too, but I hit amanda's bar a couple of times w my rope.
This was the hardest scale I've done for hspu's to date, and they felt pretty good! Just gotta keep working!

Coming into this WOD after this past weekend [L1 Cert], all I heard in my head during the DL's were all of the cues I listened to all weekend. It was AWESOME! Haha...
Great WOD, today. This had my shirt completely drenched when I walked out of the gym. Loved it...
Justin O... you got a big engine bro. And though I was on pace to beat you with 10rds complete at 9 mins... I just couldn't maintain it. I ended pretty strong, but I wanted so much more. All in all, I'm coming for ya buddy... you and Doug ;)
FB WOD:
16+4+2 @ 245lbs - I was unbroken on all reps in all rds except on the DU's in the first 2. They were my first two sets rocking the new NB MX20 (Minimus). Def needed a slightly higher pop to keep my usual pace.
