Last time i was 16:33 with blue band.

Did 21 cals for 1 min on the bike

Good job everyone. Becca, you had me cracking up when we were working on our muscle up progressions. It was hard to do!! We need to work on.. As you were calling them.. "air humps" or hip drives more. we will get our synchronized first muscle ups soon enough!!

Today was awesome! Too bad I messed up w/ the situps & did 21 everytime instead of 21, 18, 15... etc. Oh well, whatev! Next time I won't do that & i'll shave off a few seconds!

Sheri and I are determined to get out first freakin muscle up (at the same time) We're half way there! I think we'll get it so soon:) IT"S ALL IN THE AIR HUMPPPPP!

Did 28 air squats in place of 100 ft lunges. ( 28 steps equal 100 feet ). A total of 168 squats......
17:17 Happy with that time!
Great time with the 5:30 crew in town.
