Hey Guys!
Just wanted to let you all of you know that we are having a bonfire this Friday night at Butterhof's Farm in Egg Harbor City. 7-730. We'll do a hayride and the corn maze is there if anyone wants to do that as well (neither is haunted). We'll have some snacks, soda, h2o, and smores supplies. BYOB. Bring the kids/families! I meant to post this earlier for the W'Town peeps but I kept forgetting. Hope you guys can make it! Email me if you have any questions mary.butterhof@gmail.com

This post is for you Nick
Kev - thanks for the extra push tonight... I needed it for that 2nd round's burpees. Those things kill me. I think you're right though, I need to just throw myself on the ground and quit wasting energy on getting down into it.
FB WOD
Total = 9:43
1st rd = 1:51 (cruisin')
2nd rd = 2:48 (got a flat on the burpees)
Kelli G - Thanks for the help tonight. I'll def play around with both our stances to test my success in my lifts.
Tony - Way to go after Fran all alone... Hope Kelli G and I helped keep ya movin'. Be VERY proud of a 1:15 PR!!!! Thanks very much for the tips on my lift position!
EDIT::: My beautiful wife figured out that I can't calculate time... I originally thought my second round was 2:32, but it was actually 2:48!
wish i would've used 115 for hang cleans and gone unbroken, ego got the best of me today and i went with 135... first 15 were unbroken, second i got 10 in then had to break them up after that... great job everybody in 4:30 EHT! great way to build the pop-eye forearms!
Oh yeah, 135 was a breeze the first 15. Then ~10 on the second and I was mostly just flopping that thing up using my lower back. Can't wait to feel that tomorrow.
JP, those are seriously sick times.
Tony, great job tonight!!
