115/30,125/34,135,/30145/30,145/30 had to repeat 145 because I was not deep enough. Still working on it.

Squats: 155, 175, 185, 195, 205... couldnt get the final round of 3 total ft: 195 (our session at eht totaled them instead of per round)(my previous 1RM for backsquats was 205 and did 3 so its most likely higher now)

Thrusters: 55lbs, 11, 9, 6, 6, 5, 5, 5...

then 1 Cliff with: Row:300m 50sq, 300m, 40su, 300m, 30pu, 300m, 20du, 300m 10Burpees didnt record time somewhere around 15 mins

I really enjoyed this WOD even though making it up and down the stairs has been eventful. Quads feel like jello. Great job 6:30 in EHT! Thanks Nick for keeping me in line, I know I don't make it easy sometimes.
