One person starts on the row and the other on the KB Swings. Once the swings (and SDHP) are finished, the 2 teammates will alternate exercises. The goal is maximum meters rowed for each team.
KB Swings - Pick a weight that will challenge you to go relatively Unbroken.

Teamed up with Sheri, FB..2145m row. Sheri, way to push today...esp with the row! Completely sucked wind the whole time, felt kind of puky. Tried to be fast with the Kb/SDHP so Sheri wouldn't have to be on the row forever but that was short lived..lol, they killed me today!
Ball throw: 20.3. I should probably be doing these a couple times a week to help my hip opening techinique.
Practiced cleans and did burpees with Aurea and messed around with Sheri's camera too!!lol Thanks for letting us hang out Nick:)

Good job Theresa! Thanks for pushing me.. This was only my second WOD with the 1.5pooder. Ugh! My arms got so burnt out. My last round was crap and couldn't even lift it over my head anymore and went straight to sdhp after like 5 or 6 reps. 11 rounds was pretty good tho! 2145m
Reverse ball throw I used 10lbs and got 20.6.
The video turned out pretty good! You can see almost everyone else too. Lol

Teamed up with Kate for FB and we rowed 2477! Awesome job Kate! I liked this wod cause it was just enough rowing and I was able to get that extra kick in at the end to finish the way I wanted to. Huge 5:30 crew, great job and great coaching Mark even I ask 50 questions :)

Teamed up with my hubby for the first time.. He carried the row as I pushed through the 1.5 pd. 1 too easy 1.5 tends to throw me around a little! 2500 and change.. Finished up with a cash out of 800m , 5 min rest then 800 m.. Great coaching by Justin!
Had a blast in this WOD and the ca$h out too...
