Training Notes:
Both teammates must complete all required reps of thrusters. Only one person works at a time. You must split Bear Crawls/Rope Ascents how you see fit. Person 1 does 12 Thrusters, then Person 2 does 15 Thrusters, then Person 1 does 9 Thrusters and Person 2 does 6 Thrusters. They can now move to the Bear Crawls/Rope Ascents and so on.

Rope climbs and bear crawls and thrusters...Oh, man! I gotta take a Saturday off so I can do these things with you guys!
Have fun today everybody!
Have a great weekend! :)
Well, they must be twins! Justin and Kevin had to have been separated at birth. This morning Marley walked up to Kevin and called him Dad!
Kev, you are so good looking! :)
FB: Teamed up with Rich...I was able to rx the thrusters and start the rope climbs..after a couple I wasn't getting to the line. I kept with it and on the last set I modified them. my forearms were so fatigued I could barely hold on. Rich, you did great today..esp with the rope climbs! Thanks for pushing me today:)
I'd have marley's eyes checked. Daddy's arms are twice as big, his burpees twice as fast and his cleans twice as strong. For those reasons and more, however, I have to take it as a compliment.
Its Monday, and I'm just loggin this now, but I want it for recording purposes.
Open Gym'd today...
Training:
5x5 BW Back Squats (focused on form, depth, cadence and hips)
5x5 Snatch @ 95lbs (focused on form, hip extension, active shoulders and bar path)
5x5 Handstand Walks (attempted 5 steps per attempt)
I have plenty of work to do, but this was a starting point for those three movements.
