Took it easy on the bench, shoulders were sore, probably from the burpee/double under extravaganza this week.

Bench:85-95-115-120x3
FB: 115, 3pullups to 1 ring dip for muscle up. 6 rds +3+3..just shy of 7 rds. But I have to say, I did the ring dips with no band..I figured I go for it since it was one rep...some looked ugly b/c I was kicking my legs to get up..lol. And for the cleans, some looked ugly too because I don't open the hips and get under it but I'm working on it...the whole workout I heard Nick in the back of my head saying, "just open the hips"!
Cashout: wallballs and burpees with Kelleigh and Aurea! Have I told you lately that I'm Burpee'd out!!! Great job 930! Have a great weeken:)

75, 85x3, 95(f), 85x3

My 1RM was 85 last time.. I don't know why I failed at 95 when did 3 and 3 of the 85. Still confused.

WOD: 5rounds +3+2. I did 85lb cleans and my muscle ups were the band variation. I used a blue band and that was really hard for me.. I couldn't fully lock out at the top.. I worked on it at the end and got a couple. I really like that progression and I'm going to keep working on it. Even if i keep getting band marks on my ass.

Great job 9:30. Kelleigh, Theresa, Leah, and Aurea you girls are such an inspiraion!!

Aurea, thanks for all your advice.

Great job EHT lunch time crew!

Thanks for the MU help Nick, Jenn & Kristi :) I can feel it!

Lift: 70-75-80-90 with room.
WOD: 3rds+ 3 pwr clns
95lbs, jump throughs
Wasted time figuring out ring height in the beginning. Could have gone a little heavier on the pwr clns. Loved the weight/skill combo!

Bench---165-175-185-195
FB---cleans at 125 and did the muscle up sub- 3 ring rows and 3 ring dips ( with a single band). Started out OK but lost my form on cleans so I dropped down to 115 after a few rounds and did mostly muscle cleans : )
Got 8 rounds plus 1 clean

Its Monday, but I wanted it on record that I hit this in W'town on Friday.

FB WOD:
5rds + 3 @155lbs for PC's

I have plenty of space to improve this AMRAP once I nail down a solid transition from false-grip to "Games" grip. Also, hitting this for the first time on the W'town rings offered some unexpected room for adjustment. Just proves I need more consistency in my MU form and movement so that it can be transferable across any and all settings, regarding of the ring setup.
