FB: 45 lbs. I maintained 3 full rounds each round. Those snatches get heavy fast! Happy I was able to sustain the same effort! Great workout!
FB, 75 Lbs, got 3 full rounds for the 1st 3, then 2+ for the remainder, what a workout to get bac on the saddle! Great job 930, see yas in the a.m.....

Averaged: 2 rnds + 3 v-ups

FB: 55lbs sustained 3+ rounds, was shooting for 4. Always hit 3 full rounds + 2-3 snatches. There was only a couple rounds that I was able to get 1 burpee in but couldn't get to 4 rounds:| Great work this morning 930! I've been running around like a crazy person since I left all of you this morning! See you tomorrow:)
