Training Notes:
The goal is to focus on each movement separately and definitively. You are NOT going AFAP. Your work output should be consistent across the 25 min. Changing weights and waiting for the rack is a GOOD thing.
Front Squat - Maintain the same load throughout as rxd %'age
Muscle Up - You must be able to do 5 strict MU's Unbroken, otherwise modify to kipping or complete 1 per round.
Box Jumps - Work on making them smooth and Unbroken

115lbs. Havent found my 1RM since mid sept so I did my last one in the workout figuring it's heavier now. Although, I think I went a little light . Surprised myself.
Did 3 sit-in MUs with blue band each round. Really getting better with those deep unassisted ring dips!
Used 24" box.

10 rounds. Had to revolve my workout around burpees so I got them in. Did 10 in the warmup then 3 at the end.

OHSQ 21-15-9 but did double unders instead. Great workout!

Shoulders were GOD AWFUL by the time I made it to the HSPU. Nick hollered over for me to stick to single reps on the HSPU... little did he know, I was already there!!! Haha!!!
