Hit OTG @ 6:30AM w/ the early AM crew. I think there's something to be said for WOD'ing with those guys at that hour... I had a GREAT workout!

The BRJ was not something I expected to hit first thing that early in the morning... def need some work on cleaning up that movement.

FB: Lift 145 but apparently I'm push pressing it basically cuz my knees don't really bend. So according to Joey it's not my true 1 rep max, def something to work on.

WOD: 105 w/ 8 box jumps instead of doubles cause of lower leg pain. 5rds+4+3
