Hoping to be back today!! I know it hasn't been that long haha 4 days, but I've been battling a skin infection on my face :( Going to the dermatologist to get clearance cause don't want to infect any of you!!
Amanda, we've been battling your skin infection for a looong time ;)
FB: did the 65lb option for SDHP. Went unbroken with those but the pushups I had to break up.
First time doing back rack jerks. Nick showed me the split stance and started to get a better idea of the lift. I got to 75lbs. After I get a little more confortible with it I'll be able to add more weight.

Lift: 115 lbs ... very happy with this! I didn't think I would do this lift since I fear any overhead with my shoulder but the lift and my should really felt awesome! Hooray!

Congrats MaryAnne on your flounder PR! Bob must be pretty sour that 9 lb'er swam past his hook and bit on yours. Rick and Tina were playing it cool today when they were talking about it but you could taste the jealousy in the air :)
Lift: 105. Should've made bigger jumps. Ran out of time but had some room in there.
Wod: 7:28 w 85lbs. Push ups were killer. Sumo deads were easier than I thought they'd be.
