Today is my 2 year anniversary at the box! Lots of accomplishments and lots of goats left to be herded! I'm loving the journey and grateful for each experience!

Sub 15 rounds of PU + RD and then 12 rounds of row PU + RD. Hands still a mess from 120 PU last week...
My cash out was keeping breakfast down and did last 1min round of V-ups for 40 reps... will do more tonight to make up the 2 rounds i missed.

13:00 flat, went 6/4/2 bent arms on the MUs, I think I would still be going if I tried to do all those muscle ups
