Went in at 630 for open gym today and did "Morrison"....my God I wish I had someone to push me through that one. Rx'd 29:23..didn't think it would take me that long. Could have used someone screaming in my face! That was a rough one. Then I did the snatch ladder 10-1 65lbs from Monday's wod. Feel accomplished already and it's only 8a. Have a great day everyone, see you tomorrow:)
