Schedule Changes starting Monday, July 17th:
Williamstown:
(-) There will no longer be 3:30 classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
(+) We will resume these classes in September
(+) We are adding a 4:30 class on Monday afternoons.

EHT:
(-) There will no longer be classes at 3:30 on Tuesday or Thursday.
(+) We will resume these classes in September

400m Run Plate Carry 45/25

FIRE-BREATHER
"Tranquilizer"




Teams of 2 or 3
100 Pull Ups C2B
100 Box Jumps 24"
100 Ring Push Ups
400m Partner Carry

You may start at any exercise and continue in any order you like, but you must complete the total # of reps before moving on.  Only 1 person works at a time and you may split up the reps however you see fit.
