FB WOD: 7:31 with 45lbs. I went unbroken the last 2 rounds.. The first round I fell over because I tried to get through the OHS fast. Haha it was pretty graceful, NOT. Amanda and Patty saw.

Great coaching today Michelle. Cash out kicked my butt - planks and sit ups for me.
FB lift: 110 lbs
FB wod: Rx'd I think it was 7:16 or something close to that.
Everyone did so well today. Russ way to kick butt and finish strong.
Adv lift: 315lbs
Adv wod: 205lbs & 10:20 ... I need to practice jumping rope... can do 25 unbroken and that's it! LOL
