OMG! I must say every muscle in my arms, shoulders, chest and back are screaming... "Yay! We're alive!" LOL!!

First time I had to find my max of DL. Got to 175 then my form went down the drain. Practiced reps 155 to work on form.. Burpees 3:27.
FINALLY broke 200 on my dead. New 1RM is 205 :). I tend to be conservative on this lift after throwing my back out.
Wod: 2:54. 1:26 faster than a year and a half ago. Hopefully the burpee challenge will help a little more on those!!

Did 100 Wall balls (14lb) instead of burpees. Time 6:22. Can't thank everyone enough for all of the support throughout my pregnancy. I have felt great pretty much the whole time and I owe it all to Crossfit. So happy to be apart of this awesome community and I look forward to Rx-ing Wods and setting PRs with everyone after the baby is born! And, don't be J of the fabulous photo - I know it is super hot! HAHAHA

405lb Deadlift... failed on 425lb - just too spent! 3:50 on burpees
