We should have an OTG beach event and do the first games workout. Looks fun.
By the way, max distance softball throw? Really?
Loved the wod today, even though I'm not the strongest. But I liked it, hope we do more lifts with this format.

10: 95 lbs
1 rep max: 135 lbs (pr)
20: 85 lbs
1 rep max: 135 lbs
30: 75 lbs

Haven't done a 1 rep max for front squat since December. Had a 25lb pr which I'm really happy about.

Steve C - Doug and I have talked about putting a beach WOD together... stay tuned!
This WOD whooped my ass. I finished the last rep of the final 30 FRSQ with a killer headache/neck pain. Excruciating at first, it remained a painful nag the rest of the night. I just woke up on the couch from trying to rest it earlier... hence the 1am post. But at least I PR'ed!!!
