40 Burpees
Both teammates must complete the Overhead Walking Lunges and can split up the burpees how they see fit. Both can work at the same time.

Mark, Nick & the rest of the CFOTG crew,
I had a great time Wed. & Thurs. at your box. I appreciate your positive energy and intensity. I only wish that I was able to make today's WOD. Anyhow, I am already looking forward to making a visit next year when on vacation. If anyone is in tri-state area, please stop by CF New Haven.
