I got shorts out this morning for Dylan to wear to school and he threw them and said he didn't like shorts. I asked why and he said the kids would see his legs, I said so and he said "Mommy my legs aren't bigger, they are too small." I guess I have to get him on a squat program or change the company he keeps!!

wod: 18:51 single band. remember doing this one back in sept...had only been doing cf for a few weeks-did it with 10lb ball and ring rows in over 22 min. happy with improvements. runs kill me!

WOD: 15:36 RX'd much faster than i thought it would be...pullups are still slow as hell.
Lift: 155, uhm I"m saying I ran out of time...really wasn't feeling front squat today...

Knocked it out today with Tony in a version of the ADV WOD on steroids. Went 30 wall balls with 20lbs MBs.

Nick, I see your point. I think the whiteboard in EHT yesterday had the ADV written up with only 25 Wall Balls with 14lbs or 10lbs MBs instead of 30 like it was posted on the site... So when Tony had suggested we do the ADV WOD with a 20lbs MB and do a full 30 reps, we both thought it was adding work/volume... aka, Super. Turns out it was just a little more weight... aka, Not-So-Super.
