It's the way you smile that brings me to my knees...

This was close to a year and a half ago...we're due.

Every time you come down or lose the hollow position, complete either 10 V-Ups or 15 Hollow Rocks.

You can carry the plate however you like. OHSQ's are hip below knee and burpees are chest to deck and arms overhead with full extension of the hip at the top.

did 11.5 yesterday, got 6+1. Too slow on wall ball. Breathing got bad and it became mental battle. But that is what Xfit is all about, getting that next rep when your brain is saying stop. Gotta love it!!

Also, as many of you know, Mainland PBA Local 77, along with the gracious help of Mark, Nick & Stacey, is hosting a Police Fitness Challenge on Sat, May 7th at 12 noon at OTG in Egg Harbor Twp. This is a fund raising event to raise money for the Garden State Concerns of Police Survivors Fund. A group that tends to the immediate and ongoing needs of the families of police officers killed in the line of duty.

The cost is $25 and registration forms can be found at www.mainlandpba77.com. The work outs are also posted!!

I know a lot of the EHT crew has confirmed on facebook, but if you could, please fill out the registration forms along with payment and send in. Would love to see some Williamstown people as well!!

I also want to thank the D'Arcy Johnson Day law firm for their continued generosity. They are donating the food and beverage for this event.

Awards will be given to 1st and
2nd place finishers (male & female) in the two catagories, law enforcement and civilian. Thanks to everyone, and have a great day!!

WOD: FB rx'd 16:33. Loved this workout except for the famous burpees of course! The last set of those were brutal. Great work 930!

Today I learned an impt lesson....next time I'm debating leaving happy hour to workout I should just stay at the bar and continue drinking.
