the run was messin' w/my head, but i did 3 rounds w/o resting at the driveway's end, so big progress from last year.

I keep trying to give up my spot as the last one done every WOD, seems no one wants it!!

Well done PaddyMcD!!! Definitely know what you're talking about with wanting that rest after the run portion... I was actually talking to Steve M last night about that point in a WOD where all you want to do is take a break for a second and rest. The thing we both agreed on is that when you find yourself able to PUSH PAST that point of wanting to rest that you really start to experience success in your fitness. I think you are right at that point in your journey, bro... keep pushin!!!!

Skill (FB) - Worked on ground to floor for a bit. Shoulder taps, etc. No rings or parallettes available, so stacked 2 std 45lb plates and did it to ground. Got 3rds of 3.
WOD (FB) - 12:27 rx'd
Ran on a treadmill today, set it on 8.5mph for each round. Gonna bump that up a bit next time.

Did annie today in 7:31. Ohs -135 x 15 and 145 x 15. Incredible times with that one yesterday. Ill be in EHT tomorrow at 3:30!

My 3 least favorite things all in one workout.
13:20 with 85 lbs.
Each movement was slower than the the last. Guess I will have to start running some more.

WOD: 10:45 FB RX'd happy with this time! Could probably run faster next time!

Skill: played with bands and trying to get lower against the wall.

did some work on the parallettes, got as low as a 45lb and an abmat

WOD: 12:22rx'd, that run took a lot out of me for the sdhp but it was nice to be out there running...need to do more of it
