Hey, crew...if you haven't already tried...check out the Main Site (CrossFit.com) They are posting the WODs as well and have PDF's of requirements/movements. Working just fine...Games site...not so much!

JP, After I posted the recipe and pointed out the beans and butter I realized I forgot to mention to remove flour as well. But I knew all of you paleo savvy folks wouldn't miss it! :)

Anyway, I have to leave town today for the weekend so got in with Mark today and a bigger than expected cheering section to do the WOD. Don't really want to post my score but I know the way we train and the people we train with, this WOD was made for us. Its almost as if Nick programmed it. We are all gonna do well on this...
My advice...10 mins goes fast, don't take long breaks like I did. You may think shoulders but for me it was the forearms

It's been a while since I've been on the blog but congrats to all who competed in PR challenge & good luck to all of us who registered for the games. The next 6 weeks will be the true test but we are ready! I just can't wait to get home & experience this with my OTG family! It's not the same without you all! Miss you guys!!

Bambi, good to here from you. No worries, my back is fine. Just had very bad spams during workout due to bad form and going to heavy. Feels good today. My knee is a totally different story.
Good suprise this morning, went for workout but also got to see Steve M. do the first WOD. Great job Steve. Isn't it great to get it over with. Now you won't have to obsess/worry about over the next two days like Kristi is probably doing. Girl, you are going to give yourself an ulcer over the next six weeks. With my luck, she will be my judge on Friday :)

Between seeing Steve after, Kristi's contemplating and Coach's concern for sore muscles, I had the fear of "WOD" in me. Got me thinking about saving some for WOD #1. Great job 9:30! Thanks for lookin' out for us Coach :)

Went in thinking I was going to do FB. Went with ADV and went light with the DL... 75 lbs.

body weight stuff is a huge goat for me...pushups, pull ups, and burpees def need a lot of work. going to try and devote time to tackling them after wod's starting next week. this is a crazy week for me won't be back in again til monday.

Took Mark's advice tonight and went for it on the Games WOD instead of doing today's FB WOD. Glad I did, it gave me a chance to get up close and personal with it intimately. Thanks Kev for judging me, and thanks 6:30p for cheering me on...
