lift: OHSQ...my absolute worst nightmare...and i had to do 15 reps? probably the first lift i was actually horrified to do. theresa killed it though so that proved its not impossible. lets just skip to the wod....
WOD: 8:19 added almost 2 minutes to my Annie time hahaha seriouslyy make me come in more!
in retrospect, definitely not my best performance lol should have been able to tell that was coming when i died using the PVC & couldn't even connect 10 DU in the warm up... but heyyy awesome job everyone!

I'm a day behind. Went to bear creek yesterday. It was much more fun heading down that mountain on ski's than climbing up it mudder sytle.

Thanks everyone! It's a great experience and If you were thinking about doing it- Go for it ! It brings so much extra knowledge and personal improvement and a greater degree of respect for our Coaches and why they say and do the things they do to help us ... minus some of thier unique craziness ;)Lol that stuff can't be taught.

WOD: 11:38 rx'd slow-ish but my first rx'd annie. The last time we did this I scaled the DU's waaay down.

The in-laws got Flyers tickets so I can't come in tonight. I did it at home with my new jump rope. Between numerous interruptions and stopping the clock, I finally finished 12:05. The DUs took me forever to get through and I couldn't get a flow going until the last 2 rounds. I'm blaming it on the brand new jump rope.

7:20 Sit ups are my problem in this workout.
Lift: 55/65 failed 75 on rep 8, had a funky grip. I feel I have a little room. Felt really great...last time I only got 55. I am seeing improvement due to my work on flexibility!
WOD: a very slow and painful 14:15

good day despite a bad day with annie. Got off to a rough start. 3 2 1 had no set up and messed up the rep scheme. Haha tried to make up time. Ohh well. 5:56. 32 seconds slower than last time haha.
