What's the plan for Saturday as far as heats? I'm coaching Special Olypmics from 8:30am-12:00pm in Maple Shade. If it will be over by then, when would I do my workout? And can someone please do it with me : )

I guess the idea was to prime our legs for Saturday. My legs are now jelly. Have to say though that my air squats felt strong. Rest of the work out not so much. Oh well, there's always another day.

Well, would I be sick if I said that I really don't mind /kind of like Cindy??

Went without a band and went unbroken on pullups until 2nd round of last group of 5. Huge improvement for me! Pushups were tough but tolerable and lastly the squats...not bad.

Now for the Fran portion...not to much a fan! Thrusters were rough. Went with 65 lbs as I am not flexible enough to rest the bar on my front rack and hold it / transition. Excuses.

wod: 28:04 a little slower than i had hoped for but oh well. rx'd the weight, single band for pull ups. they felt better than the last time we did cindy. debated doing 65 lbs for thrusters but glad i went with 75...thanks justin.

I'm embarrassed to even post what I did today as an attempt of doing this WOD... I had to hit up the gym today @ work, and in hurry, I glanced at the blog to see what the WOD was. Well, I didn't pay close enough attention and I ended up screwing the whole thing up. Instead of doing 3rds, 4rds and 5rds of Cindy in between the thrusters, my stupid ass only did 1rd!!!! I was in too much of a hurry, and i guess that's what i get for trying to do a OTG box WOD at my globo-work gym. So pissed off at myself.
