I'll be back in soon ... most likely tomorrow, but the way things have been going lately, who the hell knows.
I can do 3 pull ups on the "regulation" bar. Are you allowed to curse on this thing because I really wanted to post how many pull ups I can do on the "other" bar.
6 or 7 rounds. Lost count a bit. Very frustrating workout. I struggled with the double unders especially in the fourth round. Last three attempts unbroken. I focussed on relaxing my wrists (soft wrists) during the turn. This definately helped. When I muscle them I fail.

Dilly dallied all night and finally did the games WOD. I wasn't sure what was going to happen with my newly acquired continuous DU skillz. It was pretty amazing when I did the first set unbroken! That blows my PR for continuous DU's outta the water! I'm going to contribute it to my magic shoes! :) Didn't do quite as well for the rest of the DU rounds, but I still managed to beat my last performance.
4 rounds plus 3 DUs.
I'm happy with it and pretty excited knowing that my DUs are only going to get better! I think I'm going to take a few days off from them though, the caves are feeling a little sore. :)
did ADV today with a 24" box
did 8 rds + 2. was hoping to get 9 but fell short. wanted to work on jumping back off the box instead of stepping and am starting to feel more comfortable doing so.

8 rds + 2, DU's were solid, but I felt like I was gonna puke by the end. Faulted on my 4th round 4 times... ended up doing around 45 DUs before I got it straight unbroken.
