All the rest of OTG, it should go without saying that I think very highly of you as well... every WOD, I'm inspired by what I see left on the floor in that box.
I do not think I will be in today... just got back from an EPIC weekend long snowboarding trip in the 'glades of Vermont. My hip flexors, quads and core need some rest. But, you never know... I might have to show up and meet 'Cindy' for a round or 20.
Ah, my first wod(mini cindy). I was hooked immediately when Nick told me to do a pull up and my arms literally didn't move. He then busted out the biggest rubber band I ever saw. Not being able to sit for five days after was nice too. Ah, the good old days.
Had a fun Valentine's Day Morning w/ 9:30 crew (Tony M., Steph & Steve P, Tina, Rick, Jeff, Priya, & Dave) Rx: 16 rounds + 2 (12 rounds in August) Mr. DJ got me through the second half of the work out! With out Katy, I don't think that I would have been able to get through those push ups! haha. It was a good change. Waiting for Steph to make the CrossFit Mix that she offered a couple times during the work out tho! Jeff: you kept me moving! Thanks for that motivation. You did great! Fun, fun times!
Great time at 4:30! I looked forward to the WOD all day! I was actually excited to do a w/o with pull ups since I am feeling pretty good with them! Using the single band I made it thru 11 rounds doing pull ups unbroken. Rounds 12-15 had to break 3/2. All that and I didn't open up (or blister!). Thanks Kristi for the professional tape job!
wod: 12 + 2 pushups slowed me down like crazy. today was my first time using the single band in a workout...happy about that. would have liked a few more rounds but not going to dwell on it.

28 rds. (2 better than last). Typically start breaking up push ups at 13-14, but went unbroken til the last rd. Saw Justin O's butterfly pull ups as I was walking in -- a little more practice and that will bring 30 rds for sure. Nice work.
Small group, but a lot of energy and better music than 9:30, for sure.

Pull ups are slow still, but this is only my 3rd rx'd pull up WOD, so I'm notbroken up about it, next time will definitely have more rounds.
