The 2 movements I struggle with pullups and burpees...rx'd 6:35. Actually felt pretty good with the first 21 pullups, felt like they were coming together until I got to the burpees...then downhill it went...lol. Great job 930, you guys killed it this morning!
Oh I forgot for the front squats, 3 sets at 95lbs. Enjoy this weather everyone!
Bob- That is fantastic! So psyched for you.
Gonna try and hit 6:30 AM tomorrow, but we'll see.
Back in the swing of things. Can not wait to get into the box!!

What a great morning in EHT. I walked in and felt so depleted from the week did not know how I was going to do the warm up, let alone the WOD.
Great having Nick right along side of us with the lift and the WOD. Nick you were crazy fast today as was everyone else.
Incident you were amazing today, You flew throught those first 21 pull ups unbroken!

WOD Rx: 2:29
lift 155, legs are a little banged up from the week!
I am starting to give up my patened pull ups and doing more butterflies, they no longer hurt the shoulders.
Thanks Justin for the extra push...big help brother!
Doug, hope to see you at 6:30 am, that is my plan as well!
Last but not least, congrats Bob!
lift was 85lbs
wod was 4:57
it was great to work out with everyone at 930 and then discuss our frustrations with our attempts at eating paleo!!
Lift: 115 lbs

Retarded time Justin. haha
Great job Nick and Doug.
Lift: 125
WOD:6:28
Could not get my sh*t together on this one, I was all thrown off being on the high bar, I did about 5 pullups and then my kip completely fell apart and I wasted a ton of time trying to figure out what the hell I was doing when I finally said screw it and busted out the single band!!
From there it was better..thank god for burpees!!
I must be nuts cause I really like burpees! Annoyed at my backslide today with the band but what can you do?
Great job today eevryone! Excellent coaching and organizing that HUGE 5:30 class Justin!
Holy crap justin, jp nick and kev.
Boys were flyin in eht. Stellllllllar!
Lift: 95
Wod 4:06
53 people on the pull up bar kinda rattled my attempts to butterfly the whole wod. Great vibe in there from everyone!
Glad to have an appearance from ms mazzoni and keep "pushin away" on those kips bob!
Lift: 205
WOD: rx 6:03
Thanks for all of the congrats! Some sick times Justin, Doug, and JP. Thanks for tip on the pull ups Maria. I really want to speed them up. Be careful what you wish for Bambi...lol. I have no intention of leaving regardless of the drive. Where there's a will there's a way.
Lift: 155
WOD: 2.52. Pull ups were slow, but unbroken. Not sure my shoulder can handle butterflies, but it's my only hope of staying within eyeshot of the lead pack. Stellar effort Nick, Justin, JP and Doug.
Bob, good to hear it! We would miss you terribly if you were to leave us! :)
Great times posted today guys!
PS: that was posted by me but I was under Fran's sign in.
Rx'd-3:53
Thanks for the props, Halfway... felt REALLY good going into the WOD. I came into EHT tonight after a pretty good day all around @ work, so my spirits were up and my stress levels were down. That, plus I'm feeling a lot better after returning home from being away the past weekend.
WOD - 2:36 Rx'd
I might have found something that works well for me on these style WODs... if I just keep pushing and pounding thru the initial rounds of reps, I stay ahead of the fatigue... at least that was the goal tonight. The last nine really pushed me though.
Oh yeah, btw Maria, Kev and Justin were witnesses for the WOD tonight. That sh!t was legit!!!
HAHAHAHA!!!!
