ahhh i'm missing the only class i would have been able to make right now :( whats the whole open gym deal? maybe i'll start doing that when i can't make times..
Lift:105(pr), last time I maxed out at 85lb.. This lift is a struggle, can't seem to drop quick enough without pressing the bar first. WOD:7:58.2..was cruising until I hit 1000m. That last 1/2 was brutal. Great job everyone! Aurea, you did awesome with the row! Big accomplishment:)
Great job 9:30! Steph-thanks for the push to actually go today! I'm glad that I did. Kyle-your row was great-you made it look effortless! LIFT: 65, then after 2k, went back to try for more weight and was able to do 75 which is PR for me. I'm happy with that. Feel that I'm making progress in the weight overhead/squat movements-Finally!
If this has already been shared I apologize for the redundancy. I'll be making the pressure cooker chicken cacciatore. If you don't own a pressure cooker, I'd suggest you get one. Some of the best money I've spent.
Bullet Bob: Hope that your possible job situation pans out! Thanks for sharing the paleo recipe blog. there are some great recipes on there that I look forward to trying. Good find! Hope to see ya tomorrow-make it in for 9:30 for once!
This was definitely a WOD I would have loved to skip but knew I had to get in to work on these two weaknesses. Fun times at 9:30 enjoyed some laughs during the row too!
8.57 and 75 lift.. gave 80 one try and tried to press it .. should try again but ran out of time
lift: 85 (PR) this one is such a struggle for me...something about getting under the bar while it's over my head makes me so uncomfortable and my form goes to utter and complete shit...serious mental battle.
wod: 8:43.7 Kevin-thank you for the pointers, support, and help with getting/keeping a pace. it made such a difference in my row!
great coaching justin...nice job Kelli, Kevin, and Steve!
Skipped the lift...trying to give hips a rest from placing them under a load. Spent time practicing du's and got string of 30 then several of 20...don't know what to say...thought I had these down about a week ago, until last wod and they went to shit...we'll see. Don't want to jinx myself...but fingers are crossed...lol.
7:29 on the 2k
Thank you Steve M and Sam for the push. Steve...awesome time!
Lift - 175 Row - 8:09 Lift was so so, maybe wouldve been better with out Joey O's verbal harassment ;-) Row, not so good, burned me self out in the beginning, then misunderstood instruction mid way (my fault only) but under 10 is still good i guess, great job 1830 crew, now Nick, go rub down Mark with the Tiger Balm

I have to miss this due to a possible job situation. In searching for something to make for dinner I came across this site:

Lift: 105 pr
I think I may have been able to do a little more
Row 7:45
Lift: 85pr
Row: 9:11pr (did 10:06 last time, alone...won't do that again!)
Justin, thanks for the push! Great job 4:30 crew! :)
I can't believe I forgot to add....I was able to do a few pullups without a band!! Not in a row and plenty of work to do but a milestone nonetheless.
Lift: 105
Sammy I agree that we could have gone heavier for sure.
Row: 8:16 but trust that it didn't go without cursing, closing my eyes, and wishing the meters would go down faster!!!!
Also, Mark I will try my best to love every wod the way I love 1 rep max wod's haha : )
The lift just wasn't there for me tonight. Waaaaaaaaaaay too tight in my shoulders / upper back ... could barely manage 35lbs! Pathetic! Next time…
Row: 8:39 … LOVE my tactic of keeping my eyes closed for the majority so I didn’t have to watch the time tick down! Worked well for me.
Mary, congrats on the pull ups!
Michelle, way to push yourself on that row!
Really hated every second of this row.
WOD: 8:06 this was my first 2k since 2004!
LIFT: 90 (PR) I definitly had room on this but was anxious about the erg piece, I stoppped early.
Thanks Sam for coxing me! I needed it!! Great job 3:30!
Felt good to be back in today after a few days of illness
Lift: 135-155-175(PR)
WOD: 7:20.2 (PR)
