Post team, time and thoughts to comments.

Each person on team starts at a different movement.  Teams must each finish all reps on current movement before advancing to the next one.  Team up w/ someone of equal ability to get the most out of the workout. Each person may start where ever they like but must follow the order given.

Having extreme OTG WOD and buddy withdrawl!!! Looks like everybody had an awesome week! Way to get at it! :)

WODs were running, biking and body weight this week. Can't wait to "lift things up and put them down!"

We both modified the clap with a should touch.
HPC: Hannah 3 rnds at 75, me 2 rnds at 65, 1 at 75. (Theresa and Erica... VERY impressed with the 95 rx! Wow!)

Worked hard to keep up with Brandon today, 16:38. Actually felt good the whole workout, it was setup with just enough breaks to keep me fresh.

I loved the energy in W'Town today, awesome stuff.

Did this one solo at home today.
subed row for 800 meter run (I meant to do 400, but miss calculated)
scaled cleans to 105lbs, probably to light.

finished just under 20 min, would have been a lot faster if i didn't run so much. Also I videod it and noticed some flaws in my mechanics so that is helpful.
