Ok-today was a little treacherous for sure.
WOD: 85 Ibs. 7+6+7, 92 DU's
my left forearm was cramping-that was a first.
Oh-and all of my pull-ups were COB, it slipped my mind that C2B was specified, so I didn't try any of those for this.
9:30 class pushed hard-great job!

Pretty happy about this didn't even think I'd get to 5 rounds, let alone 6! Pullups are still slow and I really need to work on stringing more of them together.

bambi-thanks for cheering us on and counting rounds...though I'm fairly certain I would have gotten 7 rounds if you hadn't made me laugh during the first round of push ups. lol.
got a handful of solid pull ups with no band today during the warm up. need lots of practice and more work to start stringing them together but pumped with how far they've come.
