Lift: 95lbs....gotta get my shit together with form and stop pulling early.....and not taking 12seconds at the bottom before picking the bar up..I have to try not think about it and pick that shit up!! Such a mental block.
This short little workout was deceiving...used 55lbs. total reps:61. Got burned out really fast. Sammy you pushed me today, thanks:) Great job on your lift Andrea!

Unfortunately, I do not have access to bumper plates today for this lift or WOD. Instead I went back and did 75 Thrusters. Wow... Doug, I have a new respect for you above what I already had... I nailed out 50 in 6:02 and had to stop due to limited time for a workout at work. But at that pace, and the way I was feeling, I would've finished around 7:15-7:30. Well done bro!!!
Lift: 95 pr. Failed at 105 and again at 100..felt like I had it in me but just couldn't get it up there.
wod: 47 at 60lbs. Failed to meet my goal of 50. Clicked my chin/jaw during the lift...I think it made me nervous during the wod.

I share in the sentiment regarding the snatch... my lack of mechanics is limiting the load. Pulling early and not dropping under the bar.

When I walked in I was hoping to get 65 on the lift today. Not that I had a gauge, since I haven't done a 1RM Snatch before. I just have a mental thing about anything overhead (tight shoulders!) and my form is still a work in progress for all of these lifts! Well, I was happy with my lift. Got 90 and failed at 95. Room there with better form. Justin, thanks for the coaching!
