Figured I should be more definitive with my goals in order to be held accountable! Prior to joining OTG and discovering that I had a laundry list of weaknesses my goals for 2010 were to get a muscle up and learn Double Unders, 10 months had past and I had accompleshed neither. Finally I got smart or at least smarter and joined OTG, dragging my wife along with me and accomplished both within a week! A credit to good coaching.

My goals for 2011:
I would really like to do more WODs that involve O Lifts Rx'd, this means be able to OHSQ & snatch135lbs. Therefore, my goal is to work on cleans, clean & jerk, snatch & OHSQ so I can do these lifs at 135 efficiently. I don't care if someone gets a better time then me or can lift more than me. actually I love that, I hate not being able to go Rx'd!
Second goal is to be improve DU and be able to string them together.
