Really beat up from the past two days WODs, skills and ca$h outs... only managed to get the Lift in today. This movement is still my king of goats.

WOD: 10:01 85lbs, single band

Last time I did this in 13:30 with 65# and a green band.

lift: 45-55-65 feel like i had some room to move up weight wise but really wanted to work on form today (since this is one I struggle with). def improving.

wod: 10:36 70lbs red band. eh. pull ups are getting there.
