allright, missed today, chiropractor instead, films to follow..........
meanwhile can someone help me out with the funny fish oil math?? I've been taking Lovaza, which says ""1 gram capsules with at least 900 mg omega 3-acid ethyl esters" But it also lists the breakdown of EPA 465 mg, DHA 375 mg, which of course adds up to 840, wtf? is this new math??
so, i'm out, and 1 bottle i saw at Target said 1200 mg caps, but didn't list the EPA + DHA, lil' confused, please break it down for me, much thanks, see yas in the am !

just add epa and dha for your total fish oil. the rest is "filler"

try to shoot for 1g (epa + dha) per 10 lbs of bodyweight....so a 200lb guy would want to take 20g fish oil and yes that is a shitload.

fun workout tonight:
6:45 rxd, my rower broke at 6 cals into my last row, so I may have been a few seconds faster, once I realized the rower wasnt registering anymore

Nailed a couple a Back Levers... they're much better than my Front Levers. I plan to work on both of these more.

Justin and Steve M suggested we get a pic or video of my back lever. I posted a vid of my final one over on bethegoat.com

Weird when it feels like it's going better and then you see the clock. Happy the snatches felt smoother though. :)
