HUGE group at 4:30 in EHT, 22 I think. Great job Mark in keeping everything organized and flowing. 252 total, did pushups instead of bench due to group size. Don't have the individual breakdown. Speed needs work. I think I'm too methodical.
HUGE class in EHT and Mark did an AWESOME job with organizing us into groups. I think about 20 of us went at the same time! Great planning Mark!

Kevin gave me a number to shoot for and I definitely dogged the last round because my goal was only to beat him haha. Went 164 round 1, 144 round 2 and a whopping 107 in the last round.

It's obvious where my strengths are...box jumps and bench press still need lots of work. K2E need improvement too, but I only counted full legit reps, no almosts or close too's... and hanging on the high bar freaks me out!!!

My forearms were on fire
My forearms still hurt....tomorrow might be a rest day.
Don't remember what I got for each movement, but my total was 274. Need serious work on my bench press and knees to elbows. It was an 8 rep PR from last time. Box jumps went down, and my other movements went up or stayed the same. I think I should have pushed harder on the box jumps to make up for some of those weaknesses....next time!
