I know it was around this time, 2 years ago, I had my first Crossfit experience at the Garage with Nick. It has been tough with my schedule staying consistent, spent a fair amount of time off with injuries, tried keeping up with things at 215. I'm glad I'm finally able to work out my schedule so I can get there 5+ days a week.

2 years later and I am still hitting PRs, despite a few set backs.

Much thanks to Nick, Mark, Stacey, Joey, Brett and everyone at OTG for fundamentally changing everything I knew about fitness and making exercise fun again. I love teaching my boys about Crossfit, hopefully they'll be kicking my ass in a few years :)

Paul, congrats on two years. You know your crazy in the head though, right? 5 days a week and your NEVER happy with your performance! My winds not where it should be, should have made that snatch, only got 40 pull ups. Your f ing nuts. Great working out with you though. Even though you flat left me at the Tough Mudder.

Awesome WOD, totally killed me, really feel like this was a good week for me, I hit some big numbers and jumped up in weight on alot of stuff!
