Absolute fantastic time this morning!! Great working out with everyone today. Loved the energy as always!
Flew through feeling great and then I got to the wall balls! Toughest wall ball I've ever done. Struggled through them and burpees and then it was all good.
Got that school thing on Wednesday if anyone else is interested in lending a hand. Feel free to bring your families too. Nice little Mexican place near by to hit up after! BYOB, I'll supply!

ok, so I've beens saying I needed to take a break and I did....for 4 days....saw this workout today and said "F" it, I'm going in! I've heard about this wod and I've been wanting to do this for a long while and I knew I couldn't do this one as a second workout in the future. Besides, a lot of energy built up over the last couple days and I've been feeling good so I figured I'd give it a go. 34:44 for my first "filthy 50", great workout!! Glad I did it:)

If anyone ever saw " Every Second Counts", OPT said it best. People talk about how tough life is and he's like " dude, you never even did the filthy fifty. Are you kidding me?". Classic sums up Crossfit right there. Of course, I didn't do it today. I'm doing three root canals for time. The WODS called " open up bitch".
When I woke up and and saw the w/o my first thought "UGH!".

Really pissed that my vampire work schedule stopped me from getting up early enough to do this! Really wanted to but haven't made the transition to being awake in the day yet. Hope everyone killed it!
Today was Christmas shopping day one! Mary and I went to Lulumon in Philly and the girls who work there were Crossfit chicks and knew all about OTG! Small world...well not really.
Hit this magical, misery all alone today to make up for RESTING on Satuday and Sunday. What a misery it was... but still got it done.
