De-Load Push Ups - 2010 Games Standard - Plank position to chest to ground, pick hands up off of the ground, replace and press to full extension of the elbow. Thighs, hips and midsection should be off of the ground at the bottom position.

Joey O--- I am really pissed off as I have witnessed Mark's diet first hand for the last 5-6 months. I am trying hard to incorporate some Paleo into my diet and improve my time he is doing some version of "Wendeo's". LMAO!!!! If this continues we may need a "Wendeo's" seminar

good times as always in EHT, everyone really improved on the lifts.
Lift: 95 105 105 feel weak compared to Steve & Doug but just another weakness to get strong in!

oh I forgot, tried to eat the same s**t fuel like Mark does but didn't workout to well, I went really heavy on the cookies!
lift: 45-55-65 got one up and failed twice. last time we did this lift i was able to do a full set at 65. leaning too far forward with the bar too far back. frustrating to know what i'm doing wrong but can't quite fix it.
wod: 8:41 rx'd the weight and the first couple rounds of push ups...then went to my stomach.
Lift: 115-135-145
WOD: 6:25 RXd, pushups...hmm, maybe some day
