Made up for lost time this week. Skipped the lift and did yesterdays workout since it required power cleans. Rx'd 11:03.T2B are getting a little better, if I could only pop my legs up and down quicker instead of restarting each time...cashout bench press 95lb x 2 sets 14/11.Then I did today's WOD, rx 19 something...not good with my time. the last couple sets of situps killed my back and the burpees took me some time. Great job 930!!! K Swat..great time on the WOD yesterday:)

After missing yesterday's WOD, I am NOT missing this today.
Hitting EHT @6:30p. It's gonna be cut-throat.
Missed yesterday so I decided to do a 4:30 Friday workout. Thankfully for Andrea and John I wasn't alone. Had my time from March to beat and since Andrea killed it today, she pushed me to beat my old time by 4 minutes! Add to that my DLs were much heavier than I usually go.
Needed the spirit lifter this week.. :)

Felt good on the WOD, went straight through unbroken, just paced myself on everything.
Wasn't feeling all that great when I walked in today...but I felt better once we got goin' :)
Lift: 145, 165, 185 PR for today...think I have some room in there for a little more weight. woohoo!
